Ice formation still observed in walk-in freezer condenser. Operator stated he is still searching for plumber/refrigeration technician to assess/repair Build up of food debris around and under dishwasher area Cutting boards observed to be in heavily damaged/scored conditions Glasswasher measured to be dispensing 12.5ppm iodine Front of house now using 200-400ppm QUATS sanitizer
