Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Noted handwashing sink beside produce section was blocked and not in use at time of visit.
-No dispenser for paper towel at hand sink in washroom

Corrective Action(s): -This hand washing sink must be accessible and fully stocked (liquid soap and paper towel in wall mounted dispensers) for hand washing by employees at all time. Proper handwashing is essential for all employees. This is a critical violation and may result in issuance of a violation ticket

Observation: Noted some house flies during the site visit- manager confirm rodent issues for the facility

Observation: Noted gaps under the back door and some holes on walls in washroom. These are point of entry for rodents. Manager confirm rodent problem for the facility

Observation: Poor cleaning/sanitation noted throughout the facility - flooring , walk in cooler, two comp sink (inside, counter, around and under) washroom- shelving in display cooler...
Corrective Action(s): Clean the whole facility-deep cleaning is required.

Manager requested more time to fully clean and organize the facility- extension is granted subject to:
-Removing all stuff around the hand sink so that the sink is accessible at all time
-Clean the area around the produce washing station and organize it.

RE: Covid-19 measures- some improvement noted-
Discussed: more floor signs are required for outside the store
-one way pathway for customers so customers can maintain physical distancing
-Frequent disinfecting of high touch surface areas.
