-Follow-up inspection to November 19, 2018. -Facility has been serviced by professional pest control operator. Addition monitoring tin cats were placed in the facility. Areas affected with rodent droppings have been cleaned and sanitized. Pest control services facility every 2 months. Continue to monitor for pest and contact pest control as needed. -Bleach sanitizer was at 200ppm and properly labelled. -Hot holding was greater than 60C in the hot holding unit. -Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary. Equipment is presoaked prior to washing and sanitizing. -General cleaning has been carried out to facility. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition to prevent potential pest attraction. -Washroom supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
