*Hand delivered Health Permit to Operate. Post in plain public view.
Hand wash stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm. Obtain test strips from chemical supplier.
Walk-in cooler and butcher cooler registered 1-3 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C.
Hot holding cabinet
High Temp. dishwasher reached 76 deg C at plate surface.
Temperature logs available and up to date.
Dry storage area was organized. Food items were stored off the floor.
Screen door installed in the dry storage area exit door.
Pest control monitoring in place.
Kitchen staff provided with clean uniforms and hair restraints.
Staff washrooms were in sanitary condiion and supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
Fume hood vents - next service date is December 2016.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection. Some dust/debris build up in the ceiling vents (above the pot sinks/mop sink area) that needs to be addressed.
