Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff uses hydrogen peroxide that requires rinse after sanitization. Staff informed that they do not rinse after with potable water after food contact surface is sanitized with hydrogen peroxide.
Corrective Action(s): Temporary rinse the food contact surfaces after use of hydrogen peroxide until food-grade QUAT sanitizer is purchased that do not require rinse for sanitation of food contact surfaces.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Glass coolers measured at 4C or lower.
High-temperature dishwasher measured at 74.4C final rinse temperature. Glassware observed to be in sanitary condition used for tasting.

Overall, facility well maintained and sanitized.
