Observation: Handwash sink in front service area took almost 5 minutes to have hot running water. Water should take less than 30 seconds to heat up as staff are not likely to wash hands properly if hot water is not available.
Corrective Action(s): Repair handsink such that hot water is dispensed at faucet within 30 seconds.
