Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Do not double stack food containers in the refrigerated inserts. Foods must be stored directly inside the inserts.

2) Kimchi stew in the cold well was at 12 degC and had been in the cold well since 10:30am in the morning (~4 hours). The stew was discarded during the inspection. Water bath temperature was 3 degC.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Fill the inserts only half way up to maintain proper temperatures.

2) Keep the temperature of the water bath colder than 0 degC which will maintain lower temperatures of the broth/stew in the cold well as discussed.

Observation: Pails of sauces and boxes of cabbage are being stored in the outside corridor. This is not acceptable.
Corrective Action(s): Move all food items inside the restaurant immediately. You cannot store foods in the outside corridor as discussed.

Observation: The glasswasher in the front leaks when turned on.
