-Follow-up inspection to October 4, 2023.
-Hot holding cabinet temperature has been increased to 181F. Chicken was greater than 60C.
-Both handwash stations were accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pails were labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-Operator was able to provide a temporary confirmation of successful completion of FOODSAFE Level 1 (96%).
