Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats based disinfectant used as the food sanitizer. Label stated rinse with potable water is required after sanitzing the surface. This is not an approved food-grade sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Operator prepared 200 ppm bleach in spray bottles. Do not use the quats based disfectant as a food grade sanitizer.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Deli slicer stored underneath the prep sink and beside the garbage can. This area is prone to contamination.
Corrective Action(s): Equipment and tools must be stored at a secured location protected from contamination. Relocate the deli slicer on to a clean table or shelving unit.

- Stand-up cooler at 4C.
- 3 freezers at the basement at -18C.
- Hand washing station provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 77C at the plate level.
- 2 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing if needed.
- Food products stored off the ground and organized.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
