Heavy food spillage/splatter build up observed on meat dept display cooler slider doors as well as inside all the units.
Handles on cooler doors observed with food product build up.
Corrective Action(s): Clean as directed. Review daily cleaning responsibilities with staff
High touch surfaces such as handles are to be cleaned and sanitized daily.

Floor under all wire rack shelving inside the walk in meat cooler observed with food spillage build up.
Floor under several wire rack shelving inside the walk in produce cooler observed with food spillage build up
