Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand blender is only washed at the end of the day.
Corrective Action(s): Hand blender and ice water container for blender must ble properly washed, cleaned and sanitized every four hours.

Observation: Cockroaches noted in traps underneath sliding glass cooler and underneath sinks. Owner stated that pest control comes in every two weeks; increase frequency.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize entire kitchen area, including beneath, between and behind equipment. Email a DETAILED report (including where the traps are, what was done to mitigate pests and pest mitigation methods used) to the undersigned by Dec 1, 2022.

Ensure entrances are sealed, including replacement of broken electrical face-plates.

Observation: Bar cooler is not working. Owner has already purchased a new one and will be installed next week.
Corrective Action(s): CORRECTION ORDER ISSUED - New bar cooler must be installed by 9:00 on Wednesday November 9, 2022.

Staff are placing only cream and milk in the pastries display cooler (measured 4C at time of inspection). Whipped cream and other potentially hazardous foods are to be kept in back sliding glass door cooler.

The temperature must be recorded every two hours to prove that this display cooler is able to handle the constant opening and closing of the unit to grab dairy ingredients. This is only a TEMPORARY solution, and will not be allowed to continue past the above time and date.
