Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Raw meat stored next to cooked meat in the walk-in cooler.
2. Cornbread was stored or being portioned on top of a segment of wire rack in the back area nearby chemical storage. Operator discarded the cornbread during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Store raw meat away from cooked meat or any other ready to eat food to avoid contamination.
2. Discontinue this practice immediately to avoid chemical contamination of food. Obtain additional cutting boards instead of using the wire rack.

Observation: Back door was open at the time of inspection. Flies observed inside kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Keep door closed or use the screen door to keep pests out of the kitchen. Ensure the screen door is repaired.

Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all noted areas. Ensure cleaning is done regularly to avoid accumulation of food debris and grease.
