Sandwich cooler was at 1C and equipped with thermometer. Undercounter dairy cooler was at 6C and equipped with thermomter. Continue to monitor the undercoutner unit to ensure it is capable of maintaining food products less than or equal to 4C. Quats sanitizer at 200ppm and test strips were available.
