NOTED: new management to the facility -forwarded Food Safe information to the operator for review -Domestic fridge in kitchen 3 deg C -Domestic fridge in storage 3 deg C -Mini fridge upstairs 4 deg C -High temperature washer final rinse 74.3 deg C at plate level -General sanitation good -no signs of pests NOTED back door has a small gap -door sweep should be placed -should be completely flush to the ground against mice/ant pests NOTED operator should be monitoring for pests indoors with mechanical traps (snap, live, sticky) -do not use poisons inside however -QUAT sanitizer dispenser/spray bottles >200ppm as per test strips -Handsinks well stocked and clear for use -Health Permit is missing only the decal is present -phone 604-918-7690 for replacement (should be posted conspicuously for the public)
