Routine inspection conducted.

Kitchen:
- Temperature of refrigeration units checked and all coolers were recorded at or below 4C.
- Freezers recorded below -18C
- Temperature logs were maintained and kept up to date.
- All handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in sanitizing pails.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 72.3C on plate level during rinse cycle.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Ice machine maintained in good sanitary condition.
- Dry storage room was well organized.
- All food products were stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- All clean utensils/dishes were stored in sanitary manner.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Traps observed in the dry storage room.

Serveries:
- One servery is located on each floor (4 floors in total).
- Temperature of stand up coolers and freezers located at each servery met the health requirements (coolers at or below 4C, freezers at or below -18C).
- 2 compartment sink available and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water.
- Liquid soap and single use paper towels present.
- All utensils/dishes were stored in sanitary manner.
- General sanitation was satisfactory.
