- Small under counter temperature at degree C
- Hot holding unit temperature at 74 degree C
-General sanitation is good
-Good personal hygiene (hair net, gloves, hand washing) noted by food handlers.
-Quats sanitizer >200 ppm labelled
-3 Comp sink is organized
-FS trained staff on duty
