Routine inspection conducted.

- Hand washing station in front fully supplied with hand soap and paper towels and accessible to staff. Staff observed washing hands before and after touching food and surfaces. Thank you.
- All coolers measured at or below 4C. Food in containers labeled and kept organized in coolers. Walk in freezer measured at or below -18C. Temperature monitoring log kept updated. Hot holding for soup and meatball measured at 60C or hotter.
- 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer available. Sanitizer is to be provided in front as well. Sanitizing dishware, counters, cutting board and vegetable cutter discussed. Test strip available.
- Dishware washing in 3- Comp sink discussed. Implements stored in sanitary condition. Please ensure to test sanitizer before soaking containers and other implements and ensure at least 200ppm residual.
- General sanitation is overall good. Mop sink maintained and mop bucket noted empty and stored properly.
- No sign of pest activity noted at this date.
- Dining area kept clean and staff noted wiping down tables/chairs with sanitizer at the time of this inspection.
- Staff have valid Food Safe certificate.

Note: Under counter at front is not working at this time. Operator manages the food from walk in cooler. No issues noted at this time. Operator stated replacement for this unit is due for summer!
