- Stand-up cooler is at < or = 4C
- Hot holding unit was not in use at the time of inspection. Ensure it is able to maintain foods at 60C or greater.
- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached 78.6C at the plate level.
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer available in bucket with wiping cloths
- Temperature monitoring is in place
- No signs of pests observed during inspection. Ecolab provides pest control services monthly. Reports available for review.
- Premise is well lit. Lights are equipped with shatterproof covers.
