Site visited for a routine inspection. - Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Cooler operating at requires temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at requires temperature of -18'C. - Front servery not in use as per previous discussion. - Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. - Dishwashing sink equipped properly. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle. General sanitation requires improvement. As per the operator, change of ownership to occur next week. Last day of operation Dec. 13, 2022. - Copy of Request for Refund provided to the operator. Initial inspection for the new operator to be booked.
