Corrective Action(s): Remove pizza boxes and shelving unit. Clean and sanitize floor. Use 200ppm Chlorine or equivalent.
Inspect wall for entry points or holes. Seal any holes if found. Use stainless steel wool as before or some other non-chewable material.
