A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made:
- Fridge was 4C and freezer was -25C. Purchase a place a thermometer in the fridge and freezer so that you can monitor the temperatures.
- High temperature dishwasher had a rinse cycle temperature of 73.3C at the plate's surface as per max/min thermometer.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- 2-comp sink for food prep present.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests.
- There are a few holes in the wall, behind the chest freezer. Repair these holes, so the wall is durable, smooth, level, sealed and cleanable.
- FoodSafe certified staff present. |
