- General sanitation is good.
- The handwashing station supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- All coolers (two undercounter coolers, back dairy cooler) < or = to 4C
- Walk in freezer < or = to -18C
- All refrigeration units equipped with working thermometers.
- Daily temperature logs available on site and kept up to date. No issues noted.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer available at 200ppm Quat concentration.
- Surface sanitizers available in spray bottle and in bucket with presoaked wiping cloth at 200ppm Quat.
- Milk steamer wand sanitized after each use with 200 ppm Quat sanitizer.
- Dry storage area has adequate space/wire racks. All items are at min 6inches (15cm) off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty.
