Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CSZQT4 - The reach-in cooler below the hot hold unit was fix - noted at 2.0C at the time of inspection. Outstanding violation still requires correction: - Reach-in cooler below the grill still not working. As per Manager, the unit is still under the manufacture's warranty so they are waiting for the manufacture to fix/ replace. Unit was emptied at the time of inspection. Reminded Manager to not store food in this unit until it is fixed and able to maintain 4.0C or below. Manager agrees. No further follow-up required at this time. Inspection report emailed to the operator.
