All coolers are functioning at <4C Freezers are functioning around -8C Thermometers are present in all freezers and coolers No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection Permit is posted in a conspicuous location Temperature of the dishwasher: 77.7C Employees demonstrated excellent personal hygiene All handsinks have hot running water, liquid soap, and paper towels available Concentration of the QUATS sanitizing solution inside the sanitizer bucket and at the three compartment sink is 200 to 400 ppm Note: Back entrance door had a gap at the bottom left corner and a leaky pipe was observed under the dump sink. Manager noted that maintenance will be coming in tomorrow or the day after to fix these issues Please clean the drawer under the espresso machine containing milk pitchers. Powder was observed inside the drawer at the time of inspection
