General sanitation - good. Note: Convenience store serves ice cream (by scoop, and soft serve) and also sells pre-packaged food items. Ice cream scoop in a dipper well/water is going in the dipper well. Hand-sink supplied with liquid soap & paper towels (Note: the hand-sink will be serviced/leaking). Walk in cooler is 3.2 deg C. Dairy cooler at 3 deg C. Cooler is at 2 deg C. Note: All milk products within best before dates. All freezers at -18 deg C or less. 2 compartment sink with bleach available on site. Surface sanitizer/Bleach spray at 100 ppm chlorine solution. All foods stored off floor. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
