Routine health inspection conducted. Kitchen not in use at time of inspection and minimal food storage on site. Cooler units at 4 degrees C or less. Freezer units at -14 to -19 degrees C. No hot holding. Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels. Domestic dishwasher available with sanitizing cycle. Ensure sanitization cycle is used and "sanitized" indicator appears. Bleach available on site. Reminder to ensure a fresh bleach water solution is prepared (100 to 200 ppm chlorine) when kitchen is in use. Equipment and utensils maintained in clean condition. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
