Operator has started a dishwasher, glasswasher and sanitizer log - thank you. Suggest recording the actual value observed during the test instead of a check mark. (i.e glasswasher - 50ppm Cl, Dishwasher - 71C, Quats - 200ppm)

Sanitizer at 200ppm Quats in labelled spray bottles in front and back
Dishwasher tested at 71C at plate surface during rinse cycle - operator has obtained a max/min thermometer. However, may need calibrating.
