Sanitation and Maintenance:
- 3 compartment sink with approved sanitizer. QUATS measured at 200ppm

- Ice machine clean
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. "Bugs Plus" is the name of pest control company. Last inspection was in November 2021,
- Dry storage well organized
- Dedicated mop sink
- Overall, general sanitation of facility is satisfactory

- Valid operating permit posted in visible location

NOTES:
