Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Boiled intestines was left out and at 10 deg C for 2 hours
2) Various chopped veggies (green onions, cabbage, etc) l at 10-11 deg C.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Intestines moved back into walk in cooler
2) All chopped vegetables to be used within the hour. As discussed, only prep enough vegetables to use within a 2 hour period.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No surface sanitizer throughout kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Operator made bleach water sanitizing solution during inspection (in spray bottle) at 100 ppm chlorine residual. Operator also indicated they usually make bleach water solution in their rag buckets but none was available during inspection. Ensure surface sanitizer is available at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing sink in corner by kitchen entrance was blocked/obstructed with dish pans/trays and bags of rice.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all items and clear handsink. This must be accessible at all times.

Observation: 1) Box of potatoes stored on floor in dry storage area
2) Various containers of food items stored on floor in walk in cooler
3) Metal bowl used as scoop in food item in walk in cooler
4) face mask and cell phone/personal items stored next to takeout containers and dishes.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food items are stored off floor.
Only use scoops with handles to scoop food.

No signs of pests at time of inspection (but mice traps present in kitchen)
