Corrective Action(s): Use the dishwasher located downstairs in the main kitchen for dishwashing.

Observation: Bar glass washer registering 0 ppm for chlorine. There appears to be an air bubbles in the chlorine tube.
Corrective Action(s):
Ensure chlorine is always be injected into the dishwasher during the final rinse cycle. Chlorine must register between 50-200 ppm on the plate surface during the final rinse cycle. Repair/replace as necessary. Correct immediately

-No food prep or meal service done on-site for White Rock Elks events.
-Beverages only.
**Ensure dishwasher sanitizer concentration is verified prior to use and records are kept.
