Observed a gap at back exterior door in kitchen. Operator has already purchased a door sweep. Ensure it is installed prior to opening
Bar area is not ready to be opened at this time - will follow up in 2 weeks
Discussed FOODSAFE expiry date
Observed an stove in back prep area with no ventilation. To be discussed with fire department.
