Comments

Good improvement- Closure order is lifted however there are a number of identified issues that must be addressed.

-Bleach solution >100 ppm in two bucket for wiping rags are provided
-Cleaning is better but more cleaning is still required.

* Items not required for the operation of the facility to be removed to create enough space
* Facility lack proper dishwashing facility at least a three compartment sink is required.
* No hand washing sink in the back- minimum one hand washing sink is required.
* Personal items to be removed
* All shelving units requires cleaning or resurfacing ( wooden ones to be sanded, painted and sealed).
* staff to have proper apron or uniform in kitchen
* Self closing device is required for the washroom door

All the above to be completed before the follow up inspection.

Operator requested more time to install sinks. Correction order is issued with more time.
