Equipment covered in various material not suited for food contact surfaces:
- tape was in the hopper of one the machines (silver hopper with purple base)
- duct tape was covering the freezer
- porous plastic board under the vent
- unsealed/unfinished wood used in front of vents
Corrective Action(s): Remove these materials and replace with a material that is smooth, impervious to water and easily cleanable

Comments

- Food production ending as inspection was conducted
- Coolers measured 4C or colder
- Freezers measured -18C or colder
- Handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- 3 compartment sink set up at the time of inspection (containers were in the process of being washed). Rinse sink water measured 50-100ppm chlorine; replace rinse water and re-make solution during cleaning if necessary
- Personal items (as noted in previous report) seem to have been removed from premises

Note: Ensure that all bags used to store foods are of food grade material to ensure that chemicals are not being leached into the food during storage.
Note: Rack of rice cakes produced approximately an hour prior to inspection and are cooling before being put in the sliding cooler. Reminder that foods must be cooled from 60-20C in 2 hours or less, and from 20-4C in 4 hours or less
