Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water sanitizer in bucket was measured at a concentration of 10 ppm. Required: 100 to 200 ppm chlorine bleach water.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach water sanitizer was re-made and tested at 100 to 200 ppm. Ensure food contact surface sanitizer is maintained at concentrations required for safe and effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces (e.g. 100 to 200 ppm chlorine bleach).

Routine health inspection.
Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.
Freezers at -18 degrees C or less.
Food is covered. Dry storage satisfactory.
Raw meat only in walk-in cooler (no ready-to-eat foods).
Hand washing stations (work area, staff washroom) are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Three compartment sink is supplied with hot and cold running water and three sink plugs. Bleach water sanitizer was set up in sanitizing compartment at time of inspection (100 to 200 ppm).
General sanitation satisfactory. Discussed cleaning and sanitizing of in-use equipment. Band saw is used for approx. 1.5 to 2 hours, then cleaned and sanitized following use. Grinder plate stored in walk-in cooler.
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
