Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # JFEN-C6VTAC of Sep-15-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishwasher was ran twice and only reached 65-67 degrees C at the plate surface. Dishwasher does not appear to be draining correctly. Correction: Do not use until it has been repaired. Ensure that the final rinse reaches 71 degrees C at the plate surface. Staff called in service person who is expected within an hour. To use disposable dishware and glasswasher until it has been addressed.

Repairman serviced machine. Dishwasher final rinse reached 74 degrees C at the plate surface. Ensure that wash water and rinse water temperatures reach required minimum temps as per manufacturers requirements on manifold prior to using machine.
