- All hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Walk-in cooler was measured to be at 3C; upright 2-door cooler was measured to be at 2C
- Walk-in freezer was measured to be at -18C
- Food storage practices satisfactory; all food was covered, dated, and labelled, scoops were stored properly in scoop holders
- Ice machine was maintained in sanitary condition
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 75C at plate surface level during final rinse cycle *Note: new dishwasher has been installed to replace old one.
- Quat sanitizer from main dispensing unit at 3-compartment sink was at 200 ppm; quat sanitizer in buckets for soaking wiping cloths was at 200 ppm
- General sanitation excellent
- Exhaust canopy baffles satisfactory - to be cleaned soon
- Pest control in place, no signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Temperature records well maintained

*Note: Do not store personal items (phones, keys, etc.) in drawers with clean utensils. Store in designated staff storage areas.
