Opened cans of food stored in coolers.

This inspection done by an EHO student.

- 3 door fridge: 3 deg.C
- Chest freezer: -21 deg.C
- Chest freezer 2: -18 deg.C
- Beverage cooler: 3 deg.C
- Display cooler: 4 deg. C
- Prep cooler inserts: 13 deg.C, staff informed they are changed every 3 hours. Inserts were just topped off.
- Undercounter cooler measured 6-7 deg.C at start of inspection. Temperature was adjusted during, dropped down to 5 deg.C.
- Handsink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
- 3 compartment sink set up for manual warewashing. Sanitizer solution measured 200ppm chlorine.
- Sanitizer bucket measured 200ppm chlorine.
- All hot held items measured above 60 deg.C.
- Secondary cook step for donair meats verified.
- No signs of pest on site during the inspection.
