- Facility is equipped with hot & cold running water
- High temp dishwasher reached adequate sanitizing temperature 71C
- Bleach available
- Shared walk-in cooler measured 4C
- General sanitation is adequate

Operation:
- No changes to the menu. Discussed potential new items to be added. The operator is to contact the health inspector if new items are added.
- Reviewed labels- Ingredient list, allergen list and the name of the producer in place
- Test strip in place
- 200ppm chlorine residual detected in the spray bottle. *ensure to label your sanitizer bottle
- Transport baked foods in styrofoam cooler with ice packs
- The operator takes her equipment and dry ingredients with her after operation. *ensure to wash & sanitize all utensils using the dishwasher at the facility prior to operation
