**Corrected during inspection** Operator washed hands and removed scoop from ice machine. Handled scoop located in cup beside ice machine by end of inspection

3. Heavily damaged and curled cutting board observed to be in use. Blackened edges no longer easily cleanable.

Corrective Action(s): 3. Cutting board needs to be replaced as current board cannot be easily cleaned.
