Follow-up inspection conducted due to outstanding violations. Refer to report #253657 -Major improvements in sanitation and cleanliness. Fume hoods above stoves are clean. -Food is covered and separated in a manner that prevents contamination. -Handwash station was fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towel, and running hot/cold water -Sanitizer bucket with cloth was available -The lighting in the back storage areas is good -There are new and appropriate scoops for dry foods and are placed outside the buckets - Overall, major improvements were noted during this follow-up Please note that permit is displayed however, the permit does need to be renewed.
