No evidence of pest activity noted at this time
* Store room - small chest freezer handle area cracked - fix or replace by Jan 15, 2016
* Upstairs storage area - All food items stored in shelves. However, non-food items such as fans and other items are stored haphazardly in this area. Please separate food and non-food items in this storage room. Store seasonal items away items accesses on a regular basis.
General sanitation in the kitchen area especially in the hard to reach areas is very good. Keep up the good work!
* Do not store card board boxes in the fridge. Use food grade containers to store food. Card board cannot be washed and sanitized and may contribute to mold growth.
