Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two Cheese Ensaymada buns (labelled keep refrigerated) were stored in a broken Pepsi cooler at 20C.
Corrective Action(s): Foods labelled keep refrigerated must be stored at or below 4C to prevent the growth of pathogens and or the formation of toxins. Buns were discarded at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Facility is not using the back kitchen for food preparation (no foods stored in the back area). Facility does not currently have a health permit for food preparation.
-Coca-Cola refrigeration unit was at 0C.
-Coke cooler not in use at the time of inspection.
-Freezer units (five in total) ranged from -14C to -20C.
-Did not find any foods from unapproved sources at the time of inspection.
-Foods stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination.
-Random selection of foods were found to be in good condition and within their best before dates.
-General sanitation good at the time at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
