Observation: Pest issues noted in the back. Droppings found along walls. Two bags of grains were chewed on.
Corrective Action(s): The bags of grains were discarded. Pest control is coming on site biweekly.
Ensure that the following action is taken:
1) Ensure that the droppings are cleaned with bleach.
2) Purchase pest proof containers for the open bags.
3) Seal open areas under doors to minimize entry points for mice.
4) Seal any holes in the wall.
5) Clean grains that have dropped on the floor to minimize food for mice.

Comments

Follow up inspection in one month.

Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Discussed the cleaning processes on site.
Caustic Acid, Microclene, Oxania sanitizer, MID Liquid 123-1, Liquid Spearhead (bottling) are cleaners and sanitizers used in the premises.

-Ensure that a new application and floor plans are sent to Fraser Health for future renovations. Additional documents are required for a change in services/ food offered.
