Comments

Do not use the broken fridge for storing of potentially hazardous foods. Ensure that temperatures are being monitored and logged daily for all fridges and freezers. Acquire chlorine test papers to measure concentration of sanitizer in spray bottles and wiping cloth buckets. To be corrected within a week. Broken thermometer has been replaced.
