Observation: No sanitizer available in the bar area.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer must be available in all food preparation and serving areas. Provide sanitizer to the bar and pizza prep areas in addition to the main kitchen.
Educate all staff on the use of sanitizer.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink in the pizza prep area was shut off at the start of the inspection. Hand sink in the kitchen was filled with dishes and empty cans.
Corrective Action(s): Hand sinks must be available at all times for use. Regular hand washing is critical to food safety.

Comments

- Temperature of the coolers and freezers were adequate.
- Liquid soap and paper towels were available at the hand sinks.
**Ensure paper towels in bar area are at a convenient location.
- Dishwasher final rinse temperature of 71 degrees C at the plate was reached after running machine 4 times (it was the start of the dishwashing for the day).
**Some deep cleaning required around fryers and cooking equipment.
- No signs of a pest infestation.
**Provide bar area with a proper ice scoop. Keep handle of scoop away from the ice.
