Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Pizza prep cooler was 4C (top and bottom)
-Chest freezer was at -19C.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-2-compartment sink used for cleaning and sanitizing. Sink plug available and sanitizing solution made at the end of the night.
-Quats sanitizer pail tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
*If facility begins to cook and cool sauces on-site, ensure sauce is cooled from 60C to 20C in 2 hours or less and from 20C to 4C in 4 hours or less. Use a probe thermometer to verify proper cooling of hot potentially hazardous foods.
-Operator FoodSafe Level 1 valid until December 14, 2023.
