Routine Inspection Completed. FoodSafe Certified staff present during operation. Hand washing sinks adequately supplied with hot/cold running water, paper towel and liquid hand soap. Bleach surface sanitizers in spray bottles at >100ppm. QUATs surface sanitizer in spray bottles at 200ppm. Front high temperature dishwasher at 71C at plate surface. Back high temperature dishwasher at 78.6C at plate surface. Front display coolers and stand-up coolers at 4C or below. Front mini freezer at -18C or below. Back fridges at 4C or below. Back freezer at -18C or below. 3 Compartment sink in back available for manual warewashing - QUATs in third sink at 200ppm.
