- Scoops observed stored directly in dry product.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food products are protected from contamination. Store all food at least 6" off the floor. Store all scoops and other dispensing utensils outside of dry products and in a sanitary manner. Correct immediately.

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
100ppm bleach available for use in container. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Pizza preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
Beverage cooler at 3 degrees C.
Steam table hot holding at or above 60 degrees C. Note: ambient air temperature of pizza case ~45 degrees C. Pizzas on racks 1-4 are time stamped with a 2 hour discard time.
Permit posted in plain view of the public.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
Washroom hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.

Back:
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing station at 3 compartment sink. ***In the future, the 3 compartment sink to be setup for manual warewashing. Sanitize sink to have 200ppm quats or 100ppm bleach.***
Walk in cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -17 degrees C.
Rice and butter chicken sauce cooling on shallow pans and small containers respectively. Reminder that cooling must occur in the following manner: from 60 to 20 degrees C in 2 hours then from 20 to 4 degrees C in 4 hours.

Other:
The separation that is required between the food preparation and dairy plant side has been constructed. Equipment is currently being setup. The manufacturing and/or packaging/repacking of dairy products is not allowed an initial health inspection has been conducted. Contact your district environmental health officer once construction has been complete.
