No sanitizer bucket or spray bottle is noted to sanitize food contact surfaces. Ensure sanitizer bucket is present during operating hours. A bucket is made at time of visit, at least 100 ppm chorine is noted.

Rodent droppings are noted on shelves and behind equipment in kitchen. Pest control company comes twice per month. Last visit was on April 12, 2022.
1. Remove droppings (behind domestic freezer and surrounding area; between equipment, all shelves, behind coolers). Take equipment out + clean!
2. Sanitize areas.
3. Follow pest control company's recommendations.
