Met with Food Safety Manager, GHAEM and we discussed the following:
- sanitizer for food contact surfaces is Amine Z based on quaterammonium
Measured at 400ppm max and left on the contact surface without rinse
Hydrogen peroxide is in use for some equipment
Test strips are used for measuring the daily concentration
Packaging room is 8.5C and Shipping 4.2C
Product storage is 3.9C and 3.7C
All air temperatures are monitoring and available in the main observation room / on line

Next time inspection will be focussed on the recall procedure/ complaint log in and labelling requirements.
